The Tusk 6 is a single family home designed for the landscape. The property has a beautiful forest and rolling hills to set the mood. Easy access from the inside of the home to the outside join the home to its surroundings. To be completed spring of 2025. Please see our gallery for pictures.

Jager Developments Ltd is a high quality property development company. Established in Edmonton AB, 2012. We have since completed hundreds of projects from single family homes, extensive home remodels and commercial construction projects. We now operate in central Alberta and are excited to form new relationships and continue developing real estate with best building practises.

Our Process
Process 1: Meet and greet, while taking notes and brainstorming the project.
Process 2: A more detailed look into the project. Sketches and 3D modelling to start bringing the idea to life.
Process 3: Here we get into developing the Blueprints, Project Estimating and a Building schedule.
Process 4: Final details, pre construction check lists. This is also when we would submit permitting for construction.
Process 5: Construction begins - we take you from start to finish with a detailed construction process.
Process 6: The project has been completed and we take the time to properly transition into an occupied space.
